Jefflix Live Terms of Service
Jefflix Live is a private, access-restricted Discord Activity intended for shared viewing among authorized members of approved Discord servers.
1. Authorized Use
You may use Jefflix Live only if you have been granted access through an authorized Discord server. Access may be changed or revoked at any time by the service administrator.
2. Discord
Use of Jefflix Live also requires compliance with Discord's applicable Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and other Discord policies.
3. Media and Content
Jefflix Live does not sell or provide a public media catalog. It provides a private shared-viewing interface for media made available by the service administrator. Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws and respecting copyright and other intellectual-property rights.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not attempt to bypass access controls, obtain credentials or tokens belonging to another user, interfere with the service, probe systems you are not authorized to access, or redistribute access to unauthorized users.
5. Shared Playback
Some Jefflix Live controls affect a shared viewing session. Authorized controllers may change channels or shared playback for other viewers in the same session.
6. Availability
Jefflix Live is provided on an as-available basis. Availability, functionality, channels, media, and features may change or be unavailable without notice.
7. No Warranty
Jefflix Live is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, compatibility, or availability to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security reasons, violation of these terms, or at the discretion of the service administrator.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated as Jefflix Live changes. The current version will remain available at this URL.
